Do you sell yearly lenses, will you sell monthly?
Yes, we currently only sell yearly contact lenses however we will be stocking monthly very soon!
What is the difference between Hidrocor, Hidrocharme and Natural?
Hidrocor - Has no limbal ring around the contact
Hidrocharme - Has a very dark limbal ring
Natural - Has a slight natural limbal ring
How do I open my lenses when they arrive?
Please be careful when opening the glass bottles that contain the lenses. Find the arrow on the lid and try to pull towards the arrow not against it. So pull down to peel the initial part off then remove the rest of the silver lid.
How to care for my lenses?
As you would any other pair of contact lenses you may have owned, be careful when using them.
Do NOT use your nails or apply pressure to avoid tearing the lens.
Never use tap water. Tap water on lenses can contract bacteria and can cause extreme infections.
Do not sleep with contact. This can cause major complications.
Use soft contact solution from your local chemist or pharmacy.
Clean your lenses and lens case everyday.
Do not wear the lenses for more than 8 hours a day.
When initially adapting to contact lenses, only wear for an hour the first time. Increase hours each day.
Do NOT wear lenses while cooking, bathing, showering etc.
Apply lenses prior to makeup NOT after.
Do NOT share lenses or allow others to touch them.
A little daily TLC goes a long way with these lenses to get 365 wears!
Can I return my lenses if I have tried them on and don't like the color?
No, once you receive your lenses and you open them you can no longer place a ticket for a refund. We only refund damaged unopened lenses. If you can clearly see the lenses are torn from the bottle you must contact us immediately at Info@luxerysite.com and present photo evidence with your receipt for proof of purchase.
Are you open to the public?
No, however we are working on a pop up store in the near future. Watch this space!
How much does shipping cost?
For our Australian clients, shipping is free. Your parcel is sent via Australia Post Express shipping which grantees next day delivery.
For our International clients, Standard Shipping is $15.00 and Express Shipping is $55.00.
After I place my order, how long does it take to ship out my order?
We usually process your order the same day it is submitted however please allow 24 hours for it to be picked, packed and posted.
For Australian clients who want to receive their item the next day please ensure you place your order prior to 4:30pm.
I need to change my order. How can I do that?
Please contact us as soon as possible on Info@luxerysite.com to advise. Be mindful if your parcel has been shipped out we unfortunately cannot process the changes.
How long does shipping take?
Next day delivery. (Rural areas such as WA or SA may take 1-3 days please contact Australia Post to confirm with your specific location).
- Standard Shipping 10-15 Business days.
- Express Shipping 3-5 Business days.
My item has not arrived yet. What should I do?
Please contact us on Info@luxerysite.com with your reference and tracking number.
If the item does not say delivered yet, we will open an investigation on our end to resolve the issue. Once the item says delivered, then you are required to contact Australia Post on 13 76 78 to open a ticket to track the whereabouts of the parcel.
Do you ship outside Australia?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International orders will take 10-15 business days to arrive with Standard Shipping and 3-5 business days with Express Shipping.

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

If an item is "Out of Stock" online, is it out of stock in your store?
Yes, however you can pre-order any of our lenses.
